Auberge runs some of the most obsessed-over hotels in America, and its first Dallas address opens this year right at Knox and Travis. 140 rooms, a full floor spa, a rooftop pool aimed at downtown, and 48 private homes upstairs priced from $4.5 million. Most were claimed before the building even topped out.

We were on the phone with The Lora's leasing team this week, so here is the real picture. The tower holds 186 homes above 3330 Armstrong, with underground parking and a pool terrace, cold plunge, private bar, and 24 hour concierge. First move-ins land this fall, floors 3 through 9 first, with the higher floors following closer to year end. One bedrooms open around $4,300, two bedrooms in the low $6,000s, and pricing climbs with the floor and the view. Model units open for tours this fall. Until then it is floor plans and renderings, and we can walk you through both.

The building fills from the bottom up and quotes move as floors sell through. If you care which floor you land on, the time to pick is now.

100,000 square feet of new shops and restaurants are filling in around a half acre park that opens straight onto the Katy Trail. DÔEN, STAUD, TOTEME, and TWP are coming, three of them Texas debuts. New York's Sant Ambroeus picked this park for its first Texas restaurant, the team behind il Bracco is opening Main House, an all day restaurant with a patio right on the trail, and Alo has filed plans for a store at 3333 Knox. The office building anchoring the north end has been 100 percent preleased since 2024. Nobody is waiting to see if this works.
